Work remotely as a Senior Recruiting Partner while being fluid between client development, candidate representation, and full-desk recruitment. You'll earn one of the highest rates in the industry and gain access to our corporate-level resources to support your success.
We are a funded startup building a nationwide network of recruiting partners driven by a passion for connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities. Collaborate with ambitious, highly skilled recruiting professionals while leveraging our corporate infrastructure, including: operations, technology, legal, billing, collections, and virtual meetings.
Generate qualified leads and requisitions for job orders with clients.
Interview candidates by video or phone to assess skills and background.
Identify, evaluate, screen, and present top talent to clients.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes.
Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience in recruiting and staffing.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency environment.
Experience in new client development and full-desk recruitment.
Experience using recruitment software.
Strong understanding of select industry sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as an independent contractor.
United States resident.
Bachelors degree preferred.
